Testosterone therapy, done carefully.
Evaluation for low testosterone and physician-monitored testosterone therapy by telehealth, for men in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio.
Fatigue, low libido, and low mood have many causes. Low testosterone is one of them, and it’s diagnosed with symptoms plus repeated morning blood tests, not a single number. If therapy is right for you, we monitor it closely.
Who it’s for
Men with symptoms of low testosterone who want a proper evaluation, and men already on therapy who want careful, ongoing monitoring.
How it’s diagnosed
Two early-morning total testosterone measurements, plus related labs to look for a cause. Sleep apnea, weight, medications, and thyroid problems can all lower testosterone, and treating them sometimes helps without hormones.
Labs we usually check
Total and free testosterone, a blood count (hematocrit), estradiol, LH and FSH, lipids, a metabolic panel, and PSA when appropriate for your age, repeated during therapy.
Safety and rules
Testosterone is a controlled substance. It’s prescribed by telehealth under current DEA telemedicine rules, with a prescription-monitoring check and regular labs. If you want children in the near future, tell your physician first: testosterone can suppress fertility.

Use your HSA. You should.
Starting in 2026, federal law lets you pay a direct primary care membership with HSA funds, for memberships up to $150 a month. Javid’s Primary Care membership is $99, so you can pay for it with pre-tax money. Prescriptions and lab work ordered for your care are generally HSA- and FSA-eligible too.
Eligibility depends on your plan and how each service is used, so confirm with your HSA administrator or tax adviser. The Longevity & Wellness and Psychiatric Care memberships may not count as direct primary care under IRS rules.
