Peptide therapy, with a physician.
Physician evaluation for peptide therapy by telehealth, including FDA-approved peptides and the six peptides compoundable under the October 2026 HHS policy, for adults in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio.
Peptides range from FDA-approved prescriptions to compounds with little human evidence. We help you understand which is which, discuss the evidence and the alternatives, and prescribe only when a peptide is appropriate for you.
What we consider
FDA-approved peptide medications when they fit your goals, and, case by case, the six peptides compoundable under the October 2026 HHS interim policy: BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, MOTS-c, KPV, and Semax. That policy is not FDA approval, and the evidence for these six comes mostly from laboratory, animal, and small human studies.
How prescribing works
If a compounded peptide is appropriate, it’s prescribed for you alone and made by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy from FDA-registered ingredients with a certificate of analysis. Each product contains a single peptide. We don’t prescribe unregulated “research-only” products.
Labs and follow-up
Baseline labs chosen for your goals and history, then follow-up visits and labs to track how you respond and whether to continue.
Learn before you ask
Our Peptide Atlas lists 81 peptides by body system and regulatory status, and our article on the 2026 HHS peptide policy explains what changed.

Eligibility depends on your plan and how each service is used, so confirm with your HSA administrator or tax adviser. The Longevity & Wellness and Psychiatric Care memberships may not count as direct primary care under IRS rules.
